Typically, sellers in Texas pay buyer’s agents up to 3% of the purchase price for these services, but Red Pear Realty is able work for you for only 1.5% of the purchase price.  So if the seller offers 3% to us, you’ll get a rebate of 1.5% of the purchase price! Your rebate can be used by:

  

• covering some or all of your closing costs
• buying down loan points
• reducing purchase price

Examples of BIG REBATES for our buyers:
      Scenario A

• $500,000 purchase price with Seller offering 3% Commission to Buyer’s Agent
• You get 1.5% at closing for a total of $7,500
• Red Pear Realty keeps 1.5% for a total of $7,500 

     Scenario B

• $500,000 purchase price with Seller offering 2.5% Commission to Buyer’s Agent
• You get 1.25% at closing for a total of $6,250
• Red Pear Realty keeps 1.25% for a total of $6,250 

     Scenario C

• $500,000 purchase price with Seller offering 3% Commission Plus a $5,000 Bonus to Buyer’s Agent
• You get 1.5% + $2,500 at closing for a total of $10,000
• Red Pear Realty keeps 1.5% + $2,500 Bonus for a total of $10,000
