With today’s technology at your fingertips, you are the most qualified to find the perfect home for you.  Once you’ve decided on a home, Red Pear Realty can help you determine a fair offer price, negotiate a purchase price, complete all forms and contracts, and help guide you through closing.   

Typically, sellers in Texas pay buyer’s agents up to 3% of the purchase price for these services, but since you’ve done much of the work yourself, Red Pear Realty is able work for you for only 1% of the purchase price.  So if the seller offers 3% to us, you’ll get a rebate of 2% of the purchase price!  If the seller offers less or more than 3%, you’ll keep the corresponding difference.  Your rebate can be taken as a reduction in purchase price or cash at closing for your closing costs.    

Examples of BIG REBATES for our buyers:

      Scenario A

  • $200,000 purchase price with Seller offering 3% Commission to Buyer’s Agent
  • You get 2% at closing for a total of $4,000
  • Red Pear Realty keeps 1% for a total of $2,000   

     Scenario B

  • $200,000 purchase price with Seller offering 2.5% Commission to Buyer’s Agent
  • You get 1.5% at closing for a total of $3,000
  • Red Pear Realty keeps 1% for a total of $2,000 

     Scenario C

  • $200,000 purchase price with Seller offering 3% Commission to Buyer’s Agent plus $1,000 Bonus to Agent
  • You get 2% at closing plus $1,000 Agent Bonus for a total of $5,000
  • Red Pear Realty keeps 1% for a total of $2,000
